Finally, some much needed rain! Plants are doing well, growing, and starting to produce.  Last week saw a harvest of 90 pounds of Yukon Gold potatoes along with Hungarian Banana Peppers and a spicy Big Jake pepper variety.  Bell peppers will be ready to harvest this week along with more soft neck garlic.  Eggplant is […]
