Plan for the Week | 31 MAY – 6 JUNE

This week, we’ll focus on plant health and maintenance along with harvesting produce, specifically peppers, potatoes, onions, and eggplant as it becomes ready for harvest. Produce will be weighed, washed, and transported to the Lake Norman Food Mission for donation on Wednesday.
The Garden Manager or Master Gardeners will be on site when the garden is open. Please check in when you arrive to see how you can add your expertise.
